Motorcycle Struck by Transportation Vehicle
Our client was struck on his motorcycle by a transportation company vehicle. He sustained a fractured foot requiring surgery. He missed time from work. The defendant failed to accept full responsibility for the accident and the injuries and forced this matter to litigation. After 2 mediations and all pre-trial work had been completed, the case was settled on the first day of trial to the client’s satisfaction.
