$250,000 policy limit settlement. Our client was driving a VW Bug when he was rear ended by a driver with only a minimal policy limit of $15,000. That case was settled and a claim was made to our client’s auto insurance company under his Underinsured Motorist Coverage. Fortunately, he had a $250,000 policy as he ultimately required lumbar surgery. The surgery was performed on a lien by one of Southern California’s most reputable spinal surgeons. The surgery was successful and our client has had a full recovery.
